Thompson Stanbury Associates is a
traffic and transportation planning consultancy
incorporating project management and design
services. The Practice has 20 years experience in the
assessment of traffic complex traffic and transport systems
over a wide range of areas and issues. The Practice of
Thompson Stanbury Associates encompasses the
philosophy of providing practical advice and
solutions to traffic and transportation planning
issues.
Thompson Stanbury Associates is based in
Sydney, Australia and is comprised of skilled
professionals, highly qualified to perform traffic management
consulting work. Since its inception in 1989, Thompson Stanbury
Associates has greatly expanded its area of expertise
and acquired the skill and knowledge required to solve
complex transportation planning and road design issues.
Work undertaken by the Practice has
included projects for both the private and public sector in the
traffic planning and road design field. The private sector
work involves reviews of site development plans, traffic
impact analyses, and assistance with internal and
external circulation. The public sector projects involve
working with local and state government funded projects
such as road and intersection design, road safety audits
and route and road network development studies.
Thompson Stanbury Associates has extensive
regional transportation planning and design experience
primarily throughout New South Wales however it also has
experience throughout other areas of Australia and
overseas particularly the Pacific and South East Asian
regions.
